We need your help!

BFA was formed by a passionate group of blood recipients, their family and friends. The idea was conceived to enable a national body to be formed to support, create awareness for prevention and research for all blood related disorders.
Without the assistance of the greater community and fellow supporters this important mission like any business is difficult to succeed in first few years. All committment and funding to today has been 100% voluntary and self funded.
In an age of declining blood donations, plus increase in illness and disease we must support initiatives that can support and provide better quality of life to all with health challenges and their carers.
As a co-founder and believer of this dedicated group - Blood Fusion Australia we encourage and welcome your pledge of support in any capacity to enable us to proceed in positive direction of growth.
Blood saves Lives, regardless if result of accident or health disorder. Like we nominate to donate our organs in event of death, we need to encourage others to do something now while we can offer life to others and give blood.
As a recipient I personally thank you special people who donate and help people like me. Without a monthly transfusion, due to a genetic blood disorder called Thalassaemia Major, life would not be possible. Help us to support the Red Cross, keep our national blood supply group safe and stocked up. With the high incidence of terrorism, natural disasters and accidents, we never know when Blood is required.
